Jesse Barney is a renaissance man, expressing himself through pencil, charcoal, paint, poetry, glass, sculpture, music, woodwork, photography and film. Jesse is inspired in every sort of creative field and loves connecting the dots between design, creation, craftsmanship and being a husband to the lovely Selah and dad to their four monkeys, Elias, Saana, Athalia and Gabriel.
Joe works to create compelling marketing and design solutions for Redbrain’s clients by blending his artistic nature and business education. He enjoys expressing himself through photography, filmmaking, graphic design, and most of all music. Although initially inclined to major in music at Montana State University, Joe graduated with a degree in Business-Marketing, enabling him to apply his creative passions for the benefit of advancing conscious capitalism and entrepreneurship in his community.
Outside of work, Joe manages and plays drums for Cure for the Common. When he’s not in the office or on tour with the band, he enjoys fly fishing; watching Seahawks football; seeing live music; drinking craft beer, spirits and kombucha; and eating delicious, organic, locally grown food. If he can do any of those things with new or old friends, even better.
Justine is the dynamo of lighting and photo editing. Educated at the Colorado Mountain College, she received an Associate's Degree in Photography and has the true talent and eye for capturing the emotion and soul of a moment. A native of Billings, Montana, Justine is back in Montana after spending time in the Pacific Northwest where her work was featured in Seattle's Line Zero Magazine. In addition to being a featured artist in the Raw Artist Gallery, she was also nominated as Raw Artist Photographer of the Year in Seattle.
Jason is a marketing-focused web designer & developer. His curiosity and passion for the web keeps him driven so he is always learning new web technologies. Outside of the interwebs, you can find him DJing in and around Bozeman. He also enjoys snowboarding and riding bikes.
Curious by nature, Maria is intrigued by the stories that every person and every brand have to tell. She is a firm believer that stories have the power to instigate positive, widespread change. Her passion for writing coupled with her extensive experience in marketing and communications means she can do more than just put your story down on paper – she can get it in front of the right audience.
While she’s always on the lookout for the next good story, Maria also enjoys spending time hiking, biking, and skiing in the mountains; seeing live music; and relentlessly trying to convince her friends and family that she’s a decent cook.
Katiy is a graphic designer with a creative background in technical theater, event production and design. Her areas of interest include branding, identity systems and infographics. Katiy believes that effective communication doesn't have to be compromised by boring visuals and strives to combine concept with beautiful imagery to create compelling design. Outside of design, she can be found rocking out to live music and eating lots of thai food.
Lo who finds the beauty and inspiration in everything. Creating is her passion, whether it be the creation of an ad campaign, art piece, song, or just a place where people feel comfortable. She feels happiest when she is roaming the streets with a camera around her neck, behind the scenes at a photoshoot, making music, planning and coordinating events, dancing to funk music, driving without a destination, and connecting with nature.

Redbrain Media, a small, innovative marketing firm, is seeking a technically inclined strategic thinker who is passionate about digital marketing, web development and social media. You must be a self starter and fast learner. If we show you how to do something once, we don’t want to have to show you twice. If you can bring fresh ideas to the table, or think something can be accomplished more effectively, then we want to hear from you.
$12/hour for approximately 20 hours/week. 3 month probationary period. If it is a good fit, there is a strong chance we will hire you to join our team full time.
